Zendaya has sparked rumours that she is engaged to Tom Holland after she was spotted wearing a diamond ring.
The star was in attendance at the 82nd Golden Globe Awards on Sunday (January 5), where she was nominated for Best Actress – Musical or Comedy for her performance in Challengers.
Ahead of the ceremony, the actor could be seen on the red carpet in a burnt orange custom Louis Vuitton dress and a Bulgari diamond necklace, but it was the piece of jewellery on her ring finger that drew attention as some suspected she could be engaged to her Spider-Man co-star.

“well congrats to zendaya and tom on the engagement, i think?? that is ROCK,” wrote one user on X/Twitter, with another referencing the couple’s privacy as they wrote: “Not saying this is an engagement ring but Zendaya and Tom getting engaged without ‘announcing’ it seems very on brand.”
“zendaya and tom are 100% engaged because why is everyone coming over to see the ring?” asked one inquisitive user, with another quipping: “saw the ring on zendaya’s left hand, and the 12 year old tomdaya truther in me jumped out like this.”
“Only one of these rings matches the necklace….” remarked one user who was seemingly sure of their engagement, with another being even more certain as they wrote: “zendaya showing off the ring, oh yeah she’s so engaged.”

“I KINDA need answers for this cuz…this ring Zendaya is wearing is giving nothing BUT engagement imma be real…” wrote another user, with one also positing the question as they wrote: “a very engagementy ring purposely worn on that finger? ??? ZENDAYA??”
While the couple are yet to comment on the rumours, Holland did recently share that there was an unexpected benefit to collaborating with his partner, joking: “Studios love it. One hotel room. Separate drivers. We’re not crazy now. Listen, it’s work, alright?
“Oh god, yeah. It’s a saving grace. Yeah, best thing that’s ever happened to me.”
