Zara Tindall, Peter Phillips and Sir Timothy Laurence “will play an important role in Princess Anne’s recovery”, an insider has exclusively told GB News.
The Princess Royal was admitted to hospital last month with a minor head injury and concussion, thought to be caused by a horse.
Princess Anne, 73, is expected to make a full and swift recovery after an incident at her Gatcombe Park estate in Gloucestershire.
Buckingham Palace said following the accident that she was “recovering well” and “in a comfortable condition”.

Her medical team suggested the head injury was consistent with the type of impact from a horse’s legs or head.
The Palace’s statement continued: “The King has been kept closely informed and joins the whole Royal Family in sending his fondest love and well-wishes to the Princess for a speedy recovery.”
Princess Anne has since been discharged from Southmead Hospital, Bristol, and has returned to Gatcombe Park, where she lives with her husband, Sir Timothy.
Her children, Peter, 46, and Zara, 43, also live on the same estate with their respective families.
Rhea Freeman, an equestrian who knows Zara well from her eventing days and has also met Princess Anne, spoke exclusively to GB News to explain how the 73-year-old is likely to approach her recovery.
She said: “Equestrians are, generally, pretty bad at being told what to do, following orders, and even admitting they’re less than 100 per cent.
“Having been ‘horsey’ since birth, coupled with her own mother’s amazing work ethic and high regard for her work and duty to the country, I have no doubt that Princess Anne will be trying to get out and back to work as quickly as she can.
“I don’t envy the role that her husband, Zara and Peter will play in Princess Anne’s recovery.

“You can’t keep someone whose dedication and passions run so deep down for long!”
Princess Anne is only expected to return to royal duties once she has had the green light from doctors.
The mother-of-two is renowned for being the hardest-working member of the Royal Family, having completed the largest number of engagements in 2023.
She was also scheduled to undertake 20 of the available 35 engagements on the Royal Diary for the month of July, which equated to 57 per cent.
