Owners of devices such as Amazon Fire TV Sticks, Samsung TVs and consoles are being treated to a blockbuster channel boost. The update is coming courtesy of streaming platform DAZN who has confirmed it’s launching 10 new sports services that will all be free to view. The update will include action from events including boxing, darts, motorsport and more with content shown 24 hours a day.

DAZN says the launch is in partnership with on-demand video team Amagi and marks a significant milestone in its commitment to providing more sports entertainment for fans to tune into.

“Through DAZN’s free tier, fans will be able to access a huge range of sport for free, including even more of the best combat sport. Leveraging DAZN’s worldwide reach and market-leading technology, these channels will unlock the best sports action in new ways,” said Shay Segev, DAZN Group CEO.

“Our aim is to become the go-to sports destination platform for all fans worldwide which includes delivering the best proposition for every user. The addition of Matchroom Boxing and Boxing TV underscore DAZN as the Global Home of Boxing and Combat Sports and ensure we are creating more touchpoints with more sports fans than ever before.”

Among the channels included in this new line-up are Matchroom Boxing, Boxing TV, PDC Darts, Motorvision TV, Lacrosse TV, Padel TIME TV, SportStak, Moto America TV, Billiard TV, and ACL Cornhole TV.

As we mentioned earlier, these will all be free to view but those watching will find adverts which help pay for the platforms to stay on air.

For those not already aware, DAZN now offers both paid-for and free content with the platform recently broadcasting the big fight night between Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk.

Those happy to pay £14.99 per month can also watch the Saudi Pro League, MMA, Liv Golf action and more.

It’s available on devices including Samsung TVs, LG screens, Android TV, Apple TV, PlayStation, Xbox and Fire TV Sticks.
