Wrestling Stars Unite To Support Baron Corbin, Indi Hartwell, And Tegan Nox After WWE Release

Must read

WWE has released Baron Corbin, Tegan Nox, and Indi Hartwell.

Just hours before Crown Jewel 2024, a report from Fightful Select and PWInsider noted that former champions and promising wrestling sensations, Baron Corbin, Indi Hartwell, and Tegan Nox were released by the promotion.

While Corbin’s contract expired, the Stamford-based promotion did not renew it. After his jump from NXT to the main roster, Corbin rarely appeared on television except for his sporadic tag-team run with Apollo Crews. Although, he was regularly present backstage during SmackDown, and often wrestled in dark matches. The Lone Wolf was also recently at the Netflix shoot on 27th October.

Hartwell and Nox have been released and have a 90-day non-compete clause in place, allowing them to wrestle anywhere else from February 2025. While Nox hasn’t been on television for the past six months, Hartwell’s release was shocking. She was currently involved in a storyline with Candice LeRae and also wrestled on the November 1st taped episode of SmackDown.

As per the report from Fightful Select, Hartwell, and Nox will now have their visas sorted, allowing them to wrestle in the USA.

Soon after the news broke, stars from all around the wrestling industry united to display their show of support.
