Ticket reservations for the 44th World Travel Market London, scheduled for November 5-7, 2024, will become available starting June 24th.

This year, the event’s organizers are offering early access to both ticket purchasing and their appointment scheduling system, aiming to enhance preparation for participants.

Significant improvements have been introduced this year based on extensive feedback. These enhancements are designed to enrich participant experiences and maximize the benefits for all involved in the travel sector.

Highlights of this year’s WTM include:

  • The theme, Travelpower—an evolution of the ‘power to change’ concept—challenges the travel community to harness their influence for positive impact, posing the question, “how will you use yours?”
  • The event now runs from Tuesday to Thursday, catering to international guests and promoting a healthier work-life balance.
  • A newly introduced ‘Buyer Hospitality’ program aims to attract more high-quality travel buyers and enhance their experience.
  • Calls for industry experts and conference advisors, alongside a ‘share your voice’ initiative for paper submissions, underscore WTM’s commitment to inclusivity.

This iteration of WTM is poised to be the largest to date, with an unprecedented number of destinations and private entities participating.

The conference will feature three stages and six thematic tracks, offering over 50 hours of content through more than 170 speakers.

The WTM Ministers’ Summit, occurring on Wednesday, November 6th, will announce its theme shortly.

Following its inaugural success last year, the Networking Party will reconvene on Tuesday, November 5th.

An expanded agenda awaits influencers and content creators, with a detailed networking timetable to be revealed soon.

The WTM Global Travel Report is set to return after its notable success and extensive global media coverage in 2023.

Tickets are complimentary until October 7th, 2024, after which they will be priced at £49 + VAT.

WTM London will commence daily activities at 9:30 am, with the first hour dedicated to spontaneous meetings. Attendees can utilize The Community Hubs located centrally in the north and south halls for networking, relaxation, and meetings.

WTM Connect Me, the official meeting scheduler, will be accessible to exhibitors, buyers, and the media, complemented by the official WTM App.

Juliette Losardo, Exhibition Director, WTM London, said: “We’ve been working hard since last year’s WTM to build on the successes of 2023 and continually adapt to the rapid changes in our sector.

“We’ve listened to feedback from exhibitors, buyers and other delegates to ensure WTM offers even more inspiration – and more opportunities for networking, learning and doing business.

“Our changes will ensure visitors can maximise the value from attending WTM and head into 2025 armed with new strategies, fresh partnerships and essential business deals.”
