GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) – Western Racquet & Fitness Club sent an email to club members Thursday, acknowledging that a now-former member of their staff is under a criminal investigation.
The club says on May 14, an incident was brought to the club’s attention by a Brown County Sheriff’s Department investigator. The incident happened the week of May 6, involving a participant of the junior tennis program. Upon learning of the incident, the employee was immediately terminated.
Western is fully cooperating with law enforcement, the club says. It is the club’s understanding that criminal charges have been issued.
The employee wasn’t named in the statement. Action 2 News is working to learn more.
