Amitabh Bachchan shocked everyone with his outstanding performance in Kalki 2898 AD. At the age of 81, he has taken the big screen by storm with his activity, and the audience can’t believe how well he is keeping himself in shape.

Shivohaam and Vrindda, his trainers, have spoken out about Big B’s commitment to his fitness programme, which serves as an inspiration to a whole young generation.

 

During a recent interview with Humans of Bombay, Shivohaam and Vrindda Bhatt spoke about Amitabh Bachchan’s workout regimen and his devotion to it. Talking about the megastar’s perspective, Vrindda stated that when you know something is beneficial for your health, “you just do it.” She stated that it’s not about comfort or time, because if a busy man like Big B can make time for exercise, so can average people.

 

Shivohaam went on to say that there are times when he is busy and wants to work out late in the evening, but they advise him against it since it is not the best time to work out and would interfere with his sleep and recuperation.

 

However, he still makes time because he recognises the importance of being active. He said, “So whether it’s morning, afternoon, or evening, or even between meetings, or whenever he can, he does remove time. So if he can schedule things according to that, I am pretty sure that other people can also, if they want to, people can always remove time.”

 

While talking about his mindset Vrindda said, “he’s the father of it all.”

 

Vrindda opened up about  her fitness sessions with Amitabh, stating that they are “more about breath work” and include fundamental breath exercises, pranayams, and basic yoga strains.

 

She also mentioned that she gained discipline and punctuality from him. When she used to train him at 6 a.m., he was seldom late and apologised for any minor delays. “He doesn’t need to apologise for 5–7 minutes…” “We take it for granted, but he taught me the value of time,” she added.
