Vidyut Jammwal busts myths about fitness
The actor talked about how in gyms nowadays, trainers push people and shout at them to do more exercises, “I do not like it, it really bothers me and needs to stop.”
“One of the biggest myths about fitness is, it is okay to not be thin, it is not okay to be unhappy. I have friends who have lost so much weight but are not happy, so that’s not good,” Vidyut said.
Talking about expensive gum equipments, Jammwal told us, “I have seen videos from villages, they have sent them to me so you don’t need very expensive equipments to get fit, its the motivation that counts.” The actor also shared that going on a ‘water less diet or a salt-less diet’ is a myth, “They are only for people who have to maintain bodies professionally, that’s the peak of it.”
Protein is overhyped: Vidyut
“I have seen actors leaving sugar and salt and then they are always irritated, why do you have to do that? It’s bad for your mind, body will look good for a few days but what about the mind? As actors we do not need that sort of a body with absolutely zero water in our body,” Vidyut added. He even said that protein powders are overhyped.
Vidyut was last seen in Crakk alongside Arjun Rampal and Nora Fatehi. Fans are now waiting for his next coming project soon.
