VANESSA Feltz’s ex-fiancé Ben Ofoedu has split from his girlfriend Precious Muir after one year together.
The Phats & Small singer, 52, moved on from his 16-year relationship with broadcasting legend Vanessa, 62, by dating 40-year-old Precious.

However, differences over starting a family have caused them to end the relationship.
Speaking to the Mail, Ben said: “I could always see a future with Precious because we connect so well, laugh so much and enjoy one another.
“However, with both our schedules being so manic and life moving so fast we have decided to part ways romantically but hold onto our friendship.”
Shedding more light on the separation, Precious added: “Ben needs a partner who can settle down right now and have children sooner rather than later. Due to our age difference, for me, I would like to wait a bit longer, perhaps within five years’ time, who knows.”
The former couple were only seen looking loved-up at a Heinz Salad Cream event in London in September where they kissed in front of the cameras.
Earlier this year Ben accused ex Vanessa of “stealing the best years of my life”.
He previously said he gave up having biological children to be with Vanessa, who is 10 years his senior, but had been happy to make the trade-off to be with her.
Vanessa met Ben in 2005, having divorced in 2000 from surgeon Michael Kruer – who she shares daughters Allegra, 37, and Saskia, 34, with — following claims of cheating.
The agony aunt spoke on TalkTV after her split from Ben in December 2022, reassuring fans she was OK after discovering he’d been unfaithful.
She said: “It’s now clear that it’s over and I feel that you know once the trust is gone you can’t really get that back.
“I’m pretty disappointed and shocked about those horrible things but also full of resolve because I’m not going to let this defeat me.”
Ben went on to claim that Vanessa hurt him by refusing to get married, which had made him insecure over the years.
The 90s R&B star is now looking ahead to a bumper festive period touring with the cast of Elf: The Musical, before singing on the seas in 2025 with P&O Cruises.
