US voters: share your reactions to the racist remarks about Puerto Rico at Trump’s New York rally

Must read

Donald Trump’s campaign has condemned a speaker at a Republican rally in New York who made racist remarks about Puerto Rico.

Podcaster Tony Hinchcliffe, speaking ahead of Trump at the rally in Madison Square Garden, said, “There’s literally a floating island of garbage in the middle of the ocean right now – I think it’s called Puerto Rico.”

We’d like to hear from people in Puerto Rico and people with Puerto Rican or Latino heritage elsewhere in the US how they feel about these remarks.

Will they affect your voting behaviour? Do you have concerns?
