Underwater drones to resume search for missing MH370 flight

An armada of sophisticated underwater drones is poised to resume the search for MH370, the Malaysian airliner that disappeared nearly 11 years ago, in a fresh effort to solve the world’s greatest aviation mystery.

The Malaysian government said on Friday that it had accepted a proposal for a new search for the remains of the Boeing 777 — which was carrying 227 passengers and 12 crew — despite previous efforts being in vain.
