British fans tuning in to watch Tyson Fury facing off against Oleksandr Usyk have been given a boost as the scheduled ring walk time has been pushed ahead on schedule.

All four major heavyweight belts are on the line this evening for the first time in 25 years as Fury and Usyk face off in a hotly-anticipated clash.

The fight is taking place at the Kingdom Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, which is three hours ahead of London time.

But the schedule in Saudi Arabia has been arranged to try and match up with a more friendly timeframe for boxing fans all over the world.

The undercard got underway at 8pm local time (5pm BST) with nine fights scheduled before Fury and Usyk.

There is often a long wait until the main event gets underway with UK viewers staying up late to try and catch the action.

At the beginning of the week, the ring walks for Fury and Usyk were reported to start at around 11.15pm BST.

However, boxing journalist Michael Benson has claimed the ring walk start time is now planned for 10.30pm BST.

It means fans will have 45 minutes less to wait before witnessing the first heavyweight unification bout of the century.

Fury and Usyk were both respectful to one another this week during their final press conference.

However, the mood changed drastically at the weigh in on Friday when they came face-to-face.

Fury stepped into Usyk with the two touching heads before the former shoved his rival.

Security stepped in to separate both camps and Fury was clearly still pumped when he was interviewed on stage.

“We’re ready to rock and roll, fireworks tomorrow night,” Fury began.

“I’m going to knock this little f***er spark out.
