There are extensive planned closures due to hit the Tube this weekend (Saturday and Sunday, June 15 and 16). Six Tube lines will be affected, the Hammersmith and City line being completely closed, as well as significant disruptions to the London Overground, Elizabeth line and DLR.
On many routes, passengers will need to take the bus instead. The disruption includes work on the tracks, Network Rail maintenance and even some HS2 works.

The Hammersmith and City line will be shut all weekend due to ‘track works’, TfL said. A special Circle line service will run between High Street Kensington and Barking (via Victoria). Passengers are advised to use alternative Tube, Elizabeth line services or local bus routes.
The Northern line is having major works done at Colindale station, which is due to be closed until December 2024. Use local bus route 204 to/from Burnt Oak station or bus route 186 to/from Hendon Central station for the Northern line. Bus routes 32, 142, 186, 303 and 324 also provide connections to nearby Tube or Thameslink stations.

During weekday peak times, additional bus route NL6 will run between Colindale and Hendon Central. Journeys on this route will be free of charge. For more information, visit TfL’s travel advice page.
