Tommy Fury has shared an update on his daughter Bambi following his split from Molly-Mae Hague.
Tommy and Molly-Mae, who were runners-up on Love Island in 2019, announced their shock split in August. The couple welcomed Bambi early last year, before getting engaged in July 2023 after a romantic proposal.
While appearing on This Morning on Thursday (October 10) to promote his new memoir, Tommy shared that 21-month-old Bambi has begun to understand “more of what’s going on” at home.

“She’s getting more cheeky by the day,” he said. “She’s two in January, and she’s understanding a lot more of what’s going on and turning into her own little person. She’s a daddy’s girl!”
Tommy also reflected on his Love Island journey five years ago, describing the experience as “the summer of a lifetime”.
“I had never seen it, didn’t know what I was getting myself into… but I ended up finding love and finding the mother of my child,” he added. “It was a very eventful summer.”

Following news of Tommy and Molly-Mae’s split, there has been a lot of speculation regarding the cause of the break-up, with The Sun previously reporting that Tommy had been unfaithful in the relationship.
However, the boxer has strongly denied these allegations.
During his televised interview, Tommy addressed the recent backlash he’s received, explaining that it’s been “a very hard time”, but he’s managed to keep himself busy with training and taking care of Bambi.
“There have been a lot of critics out there and there will be a lot of critics there till the day I die, and will point the finger when there’s a bandwagon to jump on,” he continued.

“But out of respect to Molly and out of respect to myself and our relationship, I’m going to let us deal with that in private as much as we can.
“A lot of stuff has been put out there, the whole world has seen what we’ve been going through for the past few months.”
Tommy also revealed that he’s added a final chapter to his book, Lightning Can Strike Twice: My Life as a Fury, in which he talks about his “feelings” after the split.
He concluded: “Me and Molly and Bambi are a family unit and we’re going to tackle this in private.”
Love Island airs on ITV2 and streams on ITVX.
