Google’s AI-powered feature, Gemini Live, is now available for all users with Gemini app installed on their Android phones, the company has announced. The feature was launched with the Pixel 9 series of smartphones but is now being rolled out in English with the 10 voices.
“Live is now available for all Gemini users in English on the Android app. We can’t wait for you to try it,” Google said in a post on X on October 1.

How to use Gemini Live on your Android phone
Update your Gemini app from Google Play store
Open the Gemini app on your Android phone.
Tap the “Live” button in the bottom right corner.
Start talking! Ask questions, brainstorm ideas, or just have a chat.
Gemini Live supports 10 new voices that apply to all of Gemini. Users can go to Gemini settings > Gemini’s voice to access the voices. These include Nova, Ursa, Vega, Pegasus, Orbit, Lyra, Orion, Dipper, Eclipse, and Capella, as per 9to5google.
