The Traitors season 3 spoilers follow.
The Traitors has aired a surprising decision for one player who was forced to betray her own sister in tonight’s (January 3) episode of the BBC reality show.
We’ve already said goodbye to a number of contestants, and tonight, Traitor Armani was banished from the show after her sister revealed she didn’t trust her.
During the episode, Armani’s sister Maia was asked by her fellow Faithfuls if she believed her sister could be a Traitor, and she said she thinks it is a possibility.

At the Round Table banishment ceremony, Jake brought up Armani’s name, and the other players joined in, including Maia, leaving Armani in a state of shock and panic.
“I did think that she was a Traitor for time. I’m still not 100% because I have no actual evidence, but something is just like not fully 100%,” Maia said.
Asked if she still suspects Armani, Maia said: “Yeah, maybe like 60%.”
During voting, Armani was betrayed by another Traitor when Minah wrote her name down on her board, prompting Armani to say in her interview segment: “Maybe I’m just a mug but we’re meant to be here supporting each other, like, what are you doing?”

“A girl’s gotta do what a girl’s gotta do. It’s just a very big risk to take because if she doesn’t get banished ,then I’ve got a lot of explaining to do,” Minah explained.
Eventually, it was Armani who received the most number of votes and was banished. Standing up, she told the group: “Genuinely, I have had the best time. I would not have chosen to be any different because this is just who I am. You guys are all amazing, I love you all and I hope we can all chill after this. I am … a Traitor.”
In floods of tears, Maia said: “Even though I know she’s a Traitor, that’s still my sister; she is everything to me, so it felt weird to betray her.”
Finally, as the remaining Traitors Linda and Minah met up in the turret, Minah said of Armani: “I think her being overconfident has done herself over.”
The pair then prepared to murder their next victim, debating whether or not to send Maia home, potentially getting rid of two sisters in one day.
The Traitors airs on BBC One and streams on BBC iPlayer.
