Graphic Designer – Hiplok

An exciting opportunity for a graphic designer to work within a highly innovative, fast paced and fast-growing bicycle and outdoor lifestyle security company, Hiplok.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director & Founders you will provide multiple areas of the business with your creative skills. You will have responsibility for the brand’s creative, branding and customer touch points. A ‘can do’ attitude and a willingness to be involved in variety of design related tasks is a must.

The role requires a mixture of skills and experience across the graphic design spectrum; print, web, UI and product packaging. Knowledge of structural packaging design is a significant bonus, as is experience in working with partners and suppliers in other countries.

Workshop Mechanic – Giant Bristol

Giant are searching for someone to team up with head mechanic Phil in the Giant Workshop, taking care of servicing and bike builds on a variety of customer bikes. We’re looking for someone to join our busy workshop and become part of the Giant team.

Responsibilities include: servicing and maintenance of customer bikes, maintaining the high standard of service set by our head mechanic, helping to manage workshop diary where necessary, and focus on attention to detail and going the extra mile for customers.

Experience as a bike mechanic necessary, particularly working on high end bikes. Training provided where necessary for successful candidate. This role requires the successful candidate to work 37 hours per week, including a Saturday with day off in the week.

Digital Content Manager – Madison

We are looking for a tech-savvy, pro-active Digital Content Manager to join our marketing department. You will have excellent communication and organisation skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You will be working on improving and creating product data and content across our Madison and Sportline websites.

Digital Content Manager duties include producing and publishing content, writing, editing for all Madison and Sportline websites, and formulating content strategies and managing the content plan. Content Managers should be comfortable finding creative ways of building an online presence, as well as using analytics in the formulation of a content strategy. Here, content is defined as multimedia articles, blog posts, images or videos that aid in fostering engagement online.

For this role it is essential that candidates have previous experience of working in the digital industry on web related content, Ideally, experience of Microsoft Packages (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), basic HTML, Google Analytics and Adobe Creative Suite packages are preferable.

Sales Representative UK – POC

We are a Swedish company with a strong mission, to protect lives and reduce the consequences of accidents for athletes and anyone inspired to be one. We are looking to strengthen our UK sales team with a Sales Representative. The position will be situated remotely within the UK.

Since going direct to the UK market in June 2020 the brand has gone from strength to strength and we are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual to join our team and help us to further expand POC’s market share and improve the brand presence in the UK in both the Cycle and Snow markets.

Key accountabilities include: coordinate annual sales objectives with UK Country Manager, establish and build business relationships with existing and new independent bike and snow dealers, full ownership of day-to-day management of POC retailers in the UK, management of your own time between servicing existing accounts and prospecting new ones, and work with our retail partners on instore display and product training.

Workshop technician/sales assistant – Lifecycle UK

LifecycleUK was established in 2003 and has developed into one of the East of England’s premier lightweight specialists. Primarily servicing the road and gravel community, we have over 20 years of retail and personal experience in all aspects of bike provision, maintenance and servicing.

We’re looking for an all-round member of staff to work at our establishment in the village of Bildeston in Suffolk. Every member of staff at LifecycleUK undertakes all roles within the business and we believe that an eclectic knowledge of all things bike helps us give customers the best possible service.

We are looking for someone with a high level of technical knowledge, preferably with a Cytech or equivalent qualification and at least two-years experience as a shop mechanic. Bike fitting skills are an advantage, but a keenness to develop this knowledge, utilising both our in-house fitting system and learning the basic principles behind a good bike fit is also important. Most important is an ability and desire to further your knowledge and skillset.
