The action at the Paris Olympics may not officially kick off until Friday night – but celebrities and royals have already descended on the City of Light to begin the celebrations in style.
On Thursday, two pre-Olympic parties took place. At the Louvre museum there was a royal fashion parade, as international kings and queens including Spain’s King Felipe and Queen Letizia were greeted by President Macron.
Over at the Foundation Louis Vuitton, Vogue editor Anna Wintour and Pharrell hosted another red carpet soirée – attended by Zendaya, Mick Jagger and more famous faces.
