Tell us about the purchases you plan on making ahead of Trump’s proposed tariffs

Must read

Prices for US goods could rise in January. Donald Trump has said he will impose tariffs of 25% on all goods from Canada and Mexico, and an additional 10% on goods from China, if they do not stop illegal immigration and fentanyl smuggling. The cost of the tariffs is likely to be passed on to consumers.

According to a Harris poll conducted for the Guardian, nearly half of Americans (44%) are planning purchases ahead of Trump entering office, in case he ends up implementing tariffs.

We’d like to know if you are planning on making any purchases ahead of the tariff plans. What are you buying and why? Do you have any concerns?
