A STRICTLY Come Dancing star is tipped to be the biggest winner of the 2024 series – despite not scooping the coveted Glitterball trophy.
The BBC personality, 53, has been tipped to be “bombarded with a wide range of TV opportunities” after being hailed the “surprise hit” of the series.
Saturday’s live Strictly Come Dancing final saw fan-favourite Chris McCausland hailed the BBC One show champ in what is the show’s 20th anniversary season.
The blind stand-up, who started losing his sight from the age of 16, performed three routines with professional partner Dianne Buswell, 35.
And while he came out top, trumping fellow finalists Miranda actress Sarah Hadland, Love Island star Tasha Ghouri and JLS singer JB Gill to the title, another finalist has been flagged to secure the “biggest jump” in their career.
Experts insist TV star Sarah, who was partnered with former Strictly champ Vito Coppola in the series, is now set for greater things, with one revealing: “All four finalists will obviously see their career opportunities increase off the back of Strictly.
“But Sarah could see the biggest jump in terms of becoming a TV star household name.
“Strictly fans have fallen in love with her bubbly personality and that hasn’t gone unnoticed by TV execs and BBC big wigs.”
They added to The Daily Star: “Sarah has been the surprise hit of this year’s series.
“Not only did she win fans over with her dancing, she also won them over with her personality.
“She will be bombarded with a wide range of TV opportunities.
“Film parts, her own comedy series and a book offer could also be on the table.
“She now has the opportunity to step out of Miranda’s shadow and become a household name in her own right.”
GO GIRL!
During Strictly’s series, fans claimed show judges were throwing Sarah “under the bus.”
Yet during her show stint she revealed her major fear of “playing sexy” – exclusively admitting to The Sun that it “scares me.”

Strictly first kicked off back in 2004, and over the years has crowned 21 winners.
Sarah was first to tell us: “I don’t see any sex or sass!
“I don’t play parts like that, so this is so far out of my comfort zone of being very smiley and up.
“I just don’t feel sexy.
“I don’t look at myself that way.
“I’m quite theatrical anyway, so I love a bit of drama.
“I love playing different characters, but I never really play anybody vampy or, am I allowed to say, sexy?
“I’m quite scared about doing that.
“I think Vito’s been really good at helping me access the dance through the character, and the acting, because I feel more confident doing that.”
