The son of Mike Lynch’s co-defendant, who died after being hit by a car while out jogging on Saturday, has vowed to complete his father’s final run in tribute to him.

On Tuesday, Cambridgeshire police reissued their appeal for witnesses of the road accident in which Stephen Chamberlain, the former vice-president of finance at Lynch’s company Autonomy, was killed.

The confirmation of Chamberlain’s death came on the same day that the yacht Bayesian sank in a freak tornado off Sicily. Lynch and Chris Morvillo, a key lawyer in the US fraud trial, are among six passengers feared dead.
