SLOWTHAI and his pal told a woman “you’ll be safe with us” before she was raped alongside a second alleged victim, a court heard.

The Grammy-nominated artist, real name Tyron Kaymone Frampton, is accused of attacking two female fans on a rooftop after a gig.

He and pal Alex Blake-Walker, 27, isolated the women during an after-party and instigated a “no phones and no boys” rule, jurors heard.

Oxford Crown Court heard Frampton, who is married for ex-The Voice judge Anne-Marie, and Blake-Walker then raped the pair before high-fiving each other.

In a police interview, one of the women said she felt “helpless” during the alleged horror in September 2021.

She told officers she was forced to perform a sex act on Frampton, 29, after he forced her to floor.

The woman added: “They were saying, ‘No it’s safe we’ll look after you… it’s safe with us’.

“They were saying, ‘It’s so great, can’t believe this is happening’ and fist-bumping each other.”

She said she was also shoved into a wall and raped by Frampton as Blake-Walker tried to get her to engage in sexual activity with him.

The woman said she just “shut my eyes and waited for it to be done” as she heard the second complainant “retching”.

She continued: “I could hear them saying how good it was and how awesome it was and again fist-bumping each other.

“They said the phrase tag team. I think Blake-Walker was suggesting it.”

The woman told police she had been drinking and had taken ketamine and cocaine that night.

When asked why she didn’t stop the alleged attack, she told police she feared the men would be “aggressive” towards her.

She added: “I felt helpless, like my body was not my own and I wasn’t really a person, and I was just a ‘thing’ and they were going to do stuff regardless.

“I thought if they were going to go to these ends, I should just let them.

“I knew they were not going to leave the roof until they got what they wanted. He grabbed the window so I couldn’t get back into the bedroom.”

Jurors heard Frampton had been performing at The Bullingdon club in Oxford when the alleged sex attacks took place.

A group – including the defendants and alleged victims – had gone to a flat in the city for an after-party.

Once there, Frampton allegedly took the two women away from their friends and his entourage allegedly turned up the music to obscure any sound from the roof.

The court was told both women were raped simultaneously as the defendants discussed “swapping the girls”.

At one point, Frampton and Blake-Walker were interrupted – causing the rapper to jump from the roof into a garden below and out of the house.

Blake-Walker, who was also part of his entourage, fled the property as well.

The police were called and both Frampton and Blake-Walker were arrested and subsequently interviewed.

They each denied raping the women and insisted all sexual activity had been consented to.

Frampton arrived on the music scene in 2019 with album Nothing Great About Britain.

He was nominated for best dance recording at 2021’s Grammy Awards.

The rapper wed Anne-Marie in Las Vegas in July 2022 and the pair had their first child, a daughter, earlier this year.

Frampton and Blake-Walker deny three joint charges of rape and one of sexual assault against two women.

The trial continues.
