The $395 (rates & fees) annual fee Capital One Venture X Rewards Credit Card offers solid travel protections because itā€™s a Visa Infinite Card.

The benefits include auto rental collision damage waiver, trip cancellation and interruption insurance, trip delay reimbursement, lost luggage reimbursement and nontravel consumer protections like cellphone protection. The card offers a simple flat-rate rewards structure and several valuable travel perks like Priority Pass access and a credit for TSA PreCheckĀ® or Global Entry.
