Sayani Gupta’s wellness diaries serve as inspiration. Her fitness itinerary is not a secret to her social media followers. Sayani’s latest entry is a one-year-old throwback picture from her wellness album. The image serves as proof that she has always walked on a dedicated path of fitness never taking a detour. Her conscious health choices have gifted her with a dream physique, we wish we could achieve. “One year ago today. Now it’s another story,” she wrote in the caption. The picture captured Sayani dressed in a grey bralette and a pair of black gym shorts. Her washboard abs were on full display in the mirror selfie.

Last year in December, Sayani Gupta shared another throwback marvel on Instagram. She was seen drenched in sweat, underlining an arduous physical activity. Much like everyone, the actress admitted that she either goes too heavy on exercises or struggles to be consistent. But the actress makes sure to always come around before any professional commitments, thus highlighting her grit and determination. 

“Throwback to May. This was a month of dedicated WO (workout) before a film. I get asked if I exercise regularly, the answer to which is No. As my extremely patient trainer reminded me, this time I resumed after 40 days after having worked out for 10 days and after a 40-day gap before that. I am someone who oscillates between extremes. I can be very disciplined only for a few months at max & struggle with being consistent. Have resigned to that fact without resistance now. But I tell myself.. as long as I get back, it’s probably ok. But sometimes you’ve gotta find a way to not completely undo the gains. Which in my case, happens several times a year,” read her honest confession. 

Sayani Gupta is surely our strongest motivator.
