ONEPLUS has unveiled a budget smartphone with some top notch features – especially for those who worry about battery.
The Samsung rival claims its brand new OnePlus Nord CE4 Lite 5G can last up to a whooping two days on a single charge.

In technical terms, the device has a bigger battery than many pricey phones on the market, measuring in at 5,110mAh.
As OnePlus puts it, this should get you more than 44 hours of battery life on video calls and over 18 hours of YouTube playback from a single charge.
The Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra is just below that at 5000mAh, while the iPhone 15 Pro Max is even lower at 4,441mAh.
OnePlus is also going big on the crucial charging speed too, supporting up to 80W though the company doesn’t state how long it will take in minutes.
But by comparison, the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra is just 45W.
There’s reverse charging to wirelessly help out a friend in need of battery too, though it’s much slower at 5W.
Aside from battery, the OnePlus Nord CE4 Lite 5G’s other noteworthy features include a 6.7-inch 120Hz AMOLED display and a 50MP main rear camera.
It’s also one of few smartphones to still have a MicroSD slot, allowing you to boost storage by up to 2TB without paying out monthly fees for cloud storage.

The display has OnePlus’ special Aqua Touch technology too, which the company claims will improve touch accuracy and precision when the screen is wet from rain.

The handset costs £299 which is a fraction of many rivals.
It’ll be available from July 1 in Super Silver and Mega Blue.
Sadly it won’t be available in the US.
