Reynolds, 47, who was there to support his wife Blake Lively, 36, as their competing films are set to clash at the box office, looked dapper in an olive suit.
The actor wore a white button-up shirt underneath, and had a pale pink rose pinned to his lapel for the event, which was held at AMC Lincoln Square Theater.
Meanwhile Hugh, 55, sported a grey blazer over a white t-shirt and matching white pants.
The co-stars — whose superhero movie became the highest-grossing R-rated film ever, after earning $97 million over the weekend — happily posed with their arms around each other.

Ryan’s wife — who played Ladypool in the Deadpool & Wolverine blockbuster — looked incredible as she modeled a one-strap Versace dress — once worn by Britney Spears — at the premiere of her new romantic drama.
The beauty wore the same cleavage-baring look that 42-year-old Spears wore to a 2002 Versace show in Milan, Italy.
The dazzling number features a nude-toned underlay and is covered in beautiful pastel-colored stones.
Like the pop star did in the early aughts, Blake balanced the sparkly look with a simple, natural-looking nude manicure.
In It Ends with Us, Blake plays Lily Bloom, a woman beginning a passionate — and later abusive — relationship with Ryle Kincaid, played by Justin Baldoni.
The film was directed by Baldoni and was adapted from Colleen Hoover’s 2016 romance novel of the same name.
Married couple Ryan and Blake are set to go head-to-head at the box office this weekend with their respective films.

It Ends with Us has kicked off with strong presales and estimates, according to Deadline, with the National Research Group estimating it makes $23 million.
The It Ends with Us presales foretell a $30 million opening, as the book it’s based on has sold more than 25 million copies, with strong promotion via TikTok, according to Deadline.
The day one presales are more than triple than those of the 2022 Sony romantic drama Where the Crawdads Sing, which had a $17.2 million domestic debut en route to $90,230,760 in domestic box office, according to Box Office Mojo.
The film made a total of $144,353,965 globally and $54,123,205 in international box office, according to Box Office Mojo.
Reynolds and Lively share four children – daughters James, nine, Inez, seven, and Betty, four, and son Olin, who was born in February of 2023.

Concerns regarding the film was that it was ‘front-loaded’ and that sales would ‘crater after’ an initial surge of Thursday previews and Friday screenings, the outlet reported.
According to a logline for the film, Lily (Lively) ‘overcomes a traumatic childhood to embark on a new life.
‘A chance meeting with a neurosurgeon sparks a connection but Lily begins to see sides of him that remind her of her parents’ relationship.’
The Gossip Girl star’s past highest box office openings include 2011’s Green Lantern (which costarred Reynolds) with $53.1 million; 2010’s The Town with $23.8 million; and 2018’s A Simple Favor with $16 million.
