Royal fans spot Meghan Markle’s major appearance change as they say same thing

Meghan Markle appears to have changed up her look, and fans are saying the same thing about her new appearance.

The Duchess of Sussex supported pal Tyler Perry at The Paley Center for Media’s Honors Fall Gala in Beverley Hills, California, last night (December 4). There, she wowed in a sleeveless gown, black Stuart Weitzman heels and fashioned her hair in an up-do.

Fans were obsessed with the look and noticed one very different aspect of her look. “Love she tone down her makeup,” one person said on TikTok, in reference to the Duchess’ natural look. “Gorgeous.”

“That’s the glow of happiness! Love seeing it,” said another. A fan wrote: “Happy for the Duchess and Prince Henry.”

It comes after a German documentary titled Harry: The Lost Prince and released this week included criticism of Meghan and Prince Harry, particularly surrounding Meghan’s designer fashion choices when visiting countries with socio-economic issues.

Speaking on the programme, the Mirror’s Royal Editor, Russell Myers, said: “If you’re going to places like Nigeria, like Colombia, which have huge socio-economic problems, some of the world’s poorest communities in these countries, and you’re turning up wearing tens of thousands of pounds worth of designer clothes – it really doesn’t send the right message.”

Meghan attended the California event solo as her husband made an appearance at the 2024 New York Times DealBook Summit. There, he was asked about speculation that his marriage to Meghan was ending, but he laughed off the rumours.

“Apparently we’ve bought or moved house 10, 12 times,” he said. “We’ve apparently divorced maybe 10, 12 times as well. So it’s just like, what?”

Later in the interview, he said: “I’ve had a lived experience since I was a kid, I’ve seen stories written about myself that aren’t exactly based on reality. I’ve seen stories about members of my family, friends, strangers, all sorts of people.

“And I think when you grow up within that environment, you do find yourself questioning the validity of the information but also what other people are thinking of that as well, and how dangerous it can be over the course of time.

“The people I feel most sorry about are the trolls. Their hopes are just built and built, and it’s like, ‘Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes,’ and then it doesn’t happen. So I feel sorry for them. Genuinely, I do.”
