Ronnie O’Sullivan has split from fiancee Laila Rouass after 147 months of being together.
It comes just hours after crashing out of the English Open and lambasting his performance following a first-round defeat.
According to The Sun, the couple tried to make the relationship work but it has since fallen apart.
The snooker legend has been touring the world in recent events, including tours in Saudi Arabia, China and Germany.

It has led to a breakdown in the relationship as they have not been able to spend any time together.
A source told The Sun: “They have been going in different directions.”
Laila, who is an actress, appeared on This Morning last month and it was noted that she was not wearing her engagement ring.
O’Sullivan proposed to Laila in 2013 – a year after they first started dating.
But 147 months from that date, ironically the maximum score possible in snooker, the wedding is off with friends detailing the break-up.

A source said: “Ronnie has spent months and months on the road this year doing snooker tours for big money in China and Saudi Arabia while Laila has been concentrating on her acting career.
“There is a lot of love between them but they have been going in different directions and conceded it is over.
“Ronnie and Laila make a lovely couple so the people who know them best are hoping this is a blip like back in 2022.”

The couple had separated in 2022 but they reconciled and the relationship flourished, though it has now broken down again.
A friend said: “Ronnie and Laila really threw themselves back into their relationship after the split a couple of years ago.

“They’ve tried so hard but they just can’t make it work.”
