British television and film fans who want a streaming platform built right into their TV sets have a new premium option from Veltech, which has agreed to incorporate the Roku streaming platform into its newest TV models.
Starting in August, shoppers can choose between one of three Veltech-brand Roku TV models from online retailer Ao.com, the companies affirmed this week. Veltech will offer two high-definition models (32 inches and 40 inches) and one ultra-high definition (Uhd/4K) model (43 inches).
“The new Veltech Roku TV range marks another milestone in our TV partnership program and sees the integration of Roku’s seamless streaming capabilities with Veltech’s impeccable TV quality,” said Richard Halton, an executive in charge of Roku’s business in the United Kingdom. “These new models are exceptional value for consumers and provide them with the perfect immersive viewing experience.
