Sir Rod Stewart’s successful singing career spans decades but he wouldn’t be where he is without the love and support of his family.
Stewart celebrated a milestone over the weekend with all eight of his children, joining his hockey player son Liam, 29, at the St Ignatius Church in Dubrovnik, Croatia, as he married Nicole Artukovich.
The huge life event brought together many of Stewart’s loved ones, including all eight of his children — Liam, 29, Sarah, 60, Kimberly, 44, Sean, 43, Ruby, 36, Renee, 32, Alastair Wallace, 18 and Aiden Patrick, 13.
The rock star’s wife Penny Lancaster attended the ceremony as did Liam’s mum, Rachel Hunter, whom the musician was married to from 1990-2006.
After the big day, Stewart shared a sweet image on Instagram of the whole family joining together, captioning the post: “I’m immensely proud to have witnessed the beautiful wedding ceremony of my son Liam to his bride Nicole.
“What a wonderful union of The Stewart’s and The Artukovich’s. May they continue to find joy, love and laughter for as long as they may live and produce many more babies to join their little 1-year-old boy, Louie. @discostew94 @nicoleartukovich.”
Many flocked to the comment section to congratulate the happy couple, as one noted: “Congratulations Nicole & Liam!! Beautiful couple!! Beautiful family!!”

One adoring fan penned: “Imagine Rod Stewart as your father-in-law. Does life get any cooler than that?!”

Stewart welcomed eldest child, Sarah, with ex-girlfriend Susannah Boffey, before marrying Alana Stewart and welcoming daughter Kimberly and son Sean.
He shares his daughter Ruby with ex-girlfriend Kelly Emberg, going on to marry Hunter and having two more children, daughter Renee and newlywed son Liam.
The Do You Think I’m Sexy singer married Penny Lancaster in 2007 and had his youngest sons Alastair and Aiden.
His success has been massive over the years, but he recently how he almost didn’t make one of his most famous songs, Maggie May, and how it almost didn’t make it onto his third album, Every Picture Tells a Story, in 1971.

The hit song topped the charts globally, but he recently told Access Hollywood: “They didn’t want it on the album, in fact, it nearly didn’t go on the album. The record company said, ‘We only have eight tracks, we need one more track!’
“And I said, ‘I’ve got this thing hanging about, these are the lyrics,’ and a DJ turned it over because it was on the B side. It was put on the A-side, and that was it, and I’ll drink to that.”
