Richard Hammond’s latest announcement has left fans very excited just weeks after the penultimate Grand Tour instalment was released.
The former Top Gear star, 54, filmed five series of the Amazon Prime car show alongside long-term co-stars Jeremy Clarkson and James May, but this year’s episodes are the last in the show with the finale set to air later this year.
However, the presenter has announced the continuation of another project which has left fans delighted – his podcast, Who We Are Now.

Taking to the official Instagram for the podcast, the father and daughter posted a sweet snap of them both, captioning it: “That’s Season 1 complete!!
“Just wanted to say a MASSIVE thank you to everyone who has taken the time to give our little podcast a listen, it means so so much!
“We have loved every moment and cannot wait to continue with Season 2,” they confirmed.
“Let us know your favourite guest, episode, topic, moment of this season! We’ll see you soon.”
Fans were happy to help with the feedback request and quickly took to the comments.
“The topics are both interesting as amusing, and the chemistry the two of you have makes it a joy to listen to! Can’t wait for season 2!!” one penned.
A second wrote: “Thank you for such a great first season – keep thinking about the burnout episode a lot. Richard and Izzy are such a great duo.”
“My suggestion; just James May. Every episode. Thanks in advance!” someone else requested.
The podcast was launched earlier this year
Another added: “Thank you for such honest, real and humorous conversations.”
“This podcast exceeded my expectations. So much information from the experts and you two are really great together. I have recommended it to so many people,” another fan enthused.
Someone else praised: “You two have the most lovely relationship. It is obvious to behold.” (sic)
Guests to appear on the podcast so far include Jodie Kidd, Dr Alex George and Hammond’s Grand Tour co-star, James May.
