Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s stance on Archie and Lilibet has left King Charles unhappy, according to a source.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex live in the Californian town of Montecito with their two young children.
The couple have lived in the US for four years, having moved there in 2020 after stepping down as working royals.
Archie and Lilibet have not visited the UK since 2022. Prince Harry has made multiple trips back to London since then including two in 2024.

However, his wife Meghan Markle and his children have not joined him.
Harry met with King Charles in February 2024 after Buckingham Palace announced that the monarch had been diagnosed with cancer.
However, King Charles is not content with only seeing his grandchildren through video calls with Harry, according to a source.
The source said: “The King is absolutely committed to being present in all of his grandchildren’s lives.

“He values family above everything and whatever the course of his relationship with his son he would never be content with just seeing his grandchildren on the odd video call.”
The King has reportedly met his granddaughter Princess Lilibet just once.
Royal commentator Michael Cole told GB News that King Charles will be upset by the lack of time he has been able to spend with his grandchildren based in California.
Cole said: “I think the King feels [hurt] by the fact that he does not see his grandchildren in California.

“It would be quite natural for any man to wish to see his grandchildren. I know for a fact that the King is very keen.
“He loves his children, he loves his grandchildren, he loves his godchildren.
“The fact he does not see them [Archie and Lilibet] and that is not his wish, will be very upsetting to him.
“It will be a long time before Prince Harry returns to the country with his children.”
