Police race to Katie Price’s Mucky Mansion after eight men spotted in white van

Must read

POLICE have rushed to Katie Price’s Mucky Mansion after she spotted eight men in a white van at the property.

It comes just days after the mum of five, 46, was forced to call the police after the horrifying acid attack last month, which left the side of her hot pink Land Rover ruined by the corrosive material.

At the time, Katie was quick to brand the culprits “scumbags” and has now taken more measures on the ground to keep the west Sussex home safe after yet another security alert.

The former glamour model – who was forced to pack her bags and leave the nine-bed home due to an eviction order – told how police had been called after a van parked up in her grounds.

She captured the officers at her infamous former home, which featured on it’s own Channel 4 show, as well as her pink Range Rover.

In the caption she wrote: “Rushed to my home after being informed of a white transit van with eight people not from this area waiting in my grounds.

“A thanks to Sussex police who were instantly there and who are guarding the property.

“After the recent acid attack at the mansion all breaches of security are taken seriously by all now.

“There is 24 hour security now at the property for protection.”

We reported how the concerned star had called the police just yesterday to inform them of the attack, with witnesses urged to come forward.

OFFICIAL COMPLAINT

Cops are now asking anyone who might have seen the incident to get in touch.

The Sun was able to confirm they received a report of a vehicle having been damaged overnight on May 25.

A statement released this week said: “Officers engaged with the informant to identify any viable lines of enquiry.

Katie Price says she ‘loves’ her new home as she films inside for first time since quitting Mucky Mansion

“No reasonable lines of enquiry have been identified at this stage, but anyone with information that could help is asked to contact police online or via 101, quoting serial 1053 of 26/05.”

ALL CHANGE

Katie moved out of her Mucky Mansion last month after purchasing the property in 2014.

The shock attack came after Katie left the sprawling pad littered with rubbish prior to her move.

We previously revealed how she was kicked out of her dilapidated family pile on May 29.

Katie Price’s missing millions

At the peak of her career she had an estimated fortune of £45M, thanks to her lucrative modelling career, book deals, and TV appearances.

The cash-strapped mum-of-five was first declared bankrupt in 2019 over unpaid debts of £3.2 million.

In a podcast interview earlier this year she blamed her exes who include Peter AndreAlex Reid and Kieran Hayler and lawyers for her money woes.

She insisted that funding her exes’ lavish lifestyles with cars, watches, luxury holidays and homes left her finances in tatters.

She added: ‘I went through a breakdown, this is how mine started – lawyers and exes, that is my bankruptcy thing.

‘And obviously a bit of HMRC.

‘When I had my breakdown, if anyone has been depressed …. I don’t know if you’ve ever had depression…

‘It starts with depression and you just want to sleep all day and not talk to anyone, the phone would ring and you wouldn’t answer it.’

Katie was declared bankrupt for a second time in March over an unpaid tax bill of £761,994.05.

The demand for payment was made by HMRC last October.

Katie was due to give evidence about her finances at the High Court but failed to turn up – holidaying in Cyprus with her new man JJ Slater instead.

Mucky Mansion was a bomb site for years after it was burgled, flooded and swamped by an overflowing septic tank.

She finally moved out at the end of May and is renting a four bed mansion in Sussex.

An eviction notice is said to have been pinned to a fence outside her 8,000-square-foot Horsham home, which was the subject of its own Channel 4 show.

An eviction letter, seen by The Sun, reads: “The court has issued a warrant or writ for the possession of the above property (land) at the request of the claimant.

“A warrant gives a county court bailiff the authority to evict you and hand over possession to the claimant.”

It was issued on April 24 and claimed all occupants will be evicted at 10am on May 29.

CAR CHAOS

At the time of the acid attack, Katie promptly alerted fans to the scary incident.

She took to her Instagram page to launch a rant directed at the culprits.

“Scumbags outside my house on my private property I can’t wait to get out this house in a few months time,” she wrote over the video.

Speaking behind the camera, Katie said: “It’s nice to know someone in the night has come to throw acid all over my car.

“Everywhere, all on my car.

“Thank you, whoever that was.”

At her recent live show, she admitted she was done with the £1.4million pad after it fell into disrepair.
