Infrastructure development is an ambitious venture with complexity and unpredictability wedded into the process, which calls for robust planning, transparent execution and resilience, said Pranav Adani.
“One has to be prepared for unexpected setbacks, from ballooning costs to all kinds of interference. Complexity and unpredictability are inherent in mega infrastructure projects,” Adani, the managing director of agro, oil and gas and director at Adani Enterprises Ltd., said in his keynote address at the NDTV Infrashakti Awards.
“Such experiences underscore the need for robust planning, transparent execution and resilience in the face of challenges,” he said.
