Pip Edwards has given fans an insight into her lavish self-care routine as she revealed the treatment she always gets after travelling.
The fashion designer, 44, is known for her jet-setting lifestyle and often travels all around the globe with her athleisurewear brand P.E Nation.
She has just returned to Australia from a relaxing getaway in Sanur, Bali, and took to Instagram on Saturday to share her post-travel massage routine.
Pip revealed that every time she returns from a trip, she visits Venustus Beauty and Body Lab in Paddington, Sydney, for a luxurious lymphatic massage.
She shared snaps of herself lying down naked and wearing headphones as she relaxed during the 75-minute long bodywork massage, which costs $444.
She said in a caption: ‘I always get a lymphatic massage when I return from travelling, and there is no better treatment than seeing the women at Venustus.’
Pip appeared to be getting the lower-priced ‘vigorous’ massage, which ‘is designed to activate, stimulate the lymphatic system’, according to the spa’s website.
‘We use vigorous massage to help with contour, which can increase blood circulation and help to support fat metabolism,’ it adds.Â
The luxury spa also offers a much more extravagantly-priced lymphatic massage option which costs a staggering $970 and lasts nearly three hours.
Pip often invests in her self-care and frequently promotes Venustus spa on her Instagram, sharing an insight into her long list of treatments.
In May, three ‘elite’ masseuses all pampered Pip as part of the unique ‘six hand’ massage, which costs as much as $1,587.
The luxury day spa prices its ‘six hand’ full body massages at $1,059 for a 60-minute session, $1,333 for 70 minutes or a huge $1,587 for a 90-minute pamper experience.
Pip also shared a selfie of herself wrapped in towel as she dived into the sauna to end her very lavish day of self-care.Â
She described the relaxing pamper session as ‘magic’ and ‘life-changing’ in a series of captions alongside snaps of herself getting massaged.
She penned: ‘The magic six hand massage that lengthens, nourishes and moves stagnant energy is actually life-changing.Â
‘To nourish your soul, pamper your body and let your mind switch off is a priceless experience.’
‘No words can describe the feeling of pure relaxation and surrender, the healing hands of the women at Venustus is a gift from out of this world,’ she went on.
‘It’s rare to make time to physically and mentally go offline but this self love experience and downtime is imperative to recharge and fuel your being in order to be your best self.’
