Peter Andre has revealed that he is struggling to treat his kids ‘equally’ as he tries to deal with the pressures of welcoming his fifth child Arabella in April.
The Mysterious Girl singer, 51, shares children Amelia, 10, Theo, seven, and Arabella, 11 weeks, with his wife Emily MacDonagh, 34.
He is also father to Junior, 19, and Princess, 16, who he shares with ex-wife Katie Price, who he was married to between 2005 and 2009.
In a new interview with New! Magazine, Peter revealed that after welcoming his latest youngster, he is struggling to manage his time and even had to apologise to Theo for letting him down.
Speaking to the publication, Peter said: ‘One thing that is really important is to treat all the kids equally and sometime I fail.

In a new interview with New! Magazine, Peter, 51, revealed that after welcoming his latest youngster (pictured), he is struggling to manage his time and even had to apologise to Theo recently for letting him down
‘Just today, I said to Theo, ”I want to apologise to you because yesterday you set up something in the play room and asked me to go in and I didn’t”.
‘These things are easy to forget because you are so busy but to them it means the world – I made up for it but that’s not the point.’
His candid interview comes just days after he revealed he was ‘grateful’ for having time to ‘bond’ with newborn Arabella after work prevented him from spending time with his older children.
Speaking on Arabella’s arrival, Peter told The Sun: ‘This time we’re pretty sure it’s going to be our last one.
‘Well, never say never. I’m not 100 per cent, but I’m enjoying having time to bond with her.
‘I’ve not really had that chance before with the others because of work, so I’m grateful for how this has turned out.
‘Everyone wants time with her whenever they can. Junior goes to see her first thing.’
Peter and Emily recently revealed the adorable nickname they have given to their youngest daughter Arabella.

Resharing his wife’s video, Peter posted a clip of his newborn baby to his Instagram Stories on Saturday.
In the sweet clip, Emily, who is a doctor, held her little one in her arm as she watched her other children play with water balloons in the back ground.
She captioned her short home video: ‘Little Belle watching the kids play water balloons.’
Arabella looked adorable in a colourful, feather print baby grow and looked comfortable as her doting mother cradled her in her arms.
Their sweet nickname for the newborn comes as a surprise given the couple’s previous trouble deciding on her legal name.
Earlier this month the couple finally decided on a name for their baby daughter , less than two weeks before the 42 day legal deadline for registering a name.
‘I’m enjoying having time to bond with her. I’ve not really had that chance before with the others because of work, so I’m grateful for how this has turned out.’
A month after welcoming their third child together, Emily revealed the name on Instagram, telling fans: ‘It’s taken a while but after lots of deliberation we’ve finally decided. Arabella Rose Andréa.’
The name is a sweet nod to Peter’s mother, Thea Andrea, 88, who has been battling ill health in recent months.
Peter and Emily had struggled to choose a name for their baby girl, with the star airing his frustration in his OK! Magazine column last month.
‘Emily has been making an amazing recovery since the birth… but as I write this we still don’t have a name!’ he said.
‘We were in the exact same situation when we had Millie. We went round in circles for weeks, but it’s not until you meet a baby that you truly know their name.
‘We don’t have long now until we need to register her, so the clock is ticking. I loved Olivia, Charlotte and Athena, but Emily didn’t get too excited about those, so they’re off the table. It’s a big decision!’
The singer previously admitted that they have just four weeks to pick their daughter’s name.
Last month, Peter uploaded the first snaps of their newborn daughter ‘just minutes old’ on Instagram after the birth.
They showed Emily breastfeeding their daughter and him wearing a scrub hat while holding her.
He captioned the heart-warming snaps: ‘Just minutes old……We feel so overwhelmed right now. So happy to welcome our beautiful girl to the family.

The Mysterious Girl singer, 51, and doctor wife Emily, 34, share children Amelia, 10, Theo, seven, and they welcomed their third child together on April 2
‘Mum and daughter are doing amazing. Born Tuesday 2nd April 2024, 7lb 3oz and thankfully very healthy.
‘Baby has been spoilt with cuddles from Junior, Princess, Amelia and Theo who are all in love with their new little sister. As parents, we couldn’t be happier.
‘Only thing is…. She has no name yet. Help! Thanks to all the doctors, midwives and staff at Musgrove Park Hospital Taunton. You were incredible. And Emily’s parents, whom I adore. You have both been incredible.
He finished: ‘I’m so happy. Just off to hold her. Thanks everyone for reading.’
The TV personality explained the timing of the birth worked well because the older children have been able to spend time with the new baby during the school holidays.
He added: ‘It’s been great that the kids have been off school for the holidays so we can spend time together as a family.
‘While we work a name out, we’re just trying to differentiate between day and night. The lack of sleep is real already!’
His new baby’s name is a sweet tribute to Peter’s beloved mother Thea Andrea, who is battling Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s.
Days after the birth of his daughter, Peter praised his two eldest children Princess and Junior for flying 12,000 miles to Australia to visit his mother as she goes through a ‘very difficult time’.

The singer took to Instagram on April 7 to share a video of his teenage children hugging their grandmother.
Peter revealed he had not joined Princess and Junior on the last minute trip.
He wrote: ‘Junior and Princess. The fact that you drove to Somerset to be with us hours before and the days that followed to see the arrival of your baby sister.
‘AND THEN to get on a plane and travel 12,000 miles to be with your grandmother in a very difficult time for her shows me what beautiful children you are.
‘I will never forget this moment. Thank you for being truly amazing. Love you all so much. Keep cuddling mum for me please and tell her I love her and we will come out soon’.
Both of the teenagers replied to Peter in the comments, Princess wrote: ‘Love you dad,’ while Junior added: ‘Cherish moments like this’.
