Oasis have issued a statement addressing fans’ concerns about pre-sale ballot confirmation emails for their highly anticipated 2025 reunion tour.

The band took to social media to reassure supporters who have yet to receive confirmation after signing up for the pre-sale opportunity.

“We are aware that many of you are still waiting on a confirmation email. Rest assured they are on their way, as we process an unprecedented volume of entries,” the statement read.

The iconic Britpop group announced that all fans who completed the ballot form by 7pm on Wednesday, August 28, would receive an email to confirm their entry.

This comes after the band revealed a string of UK and Ireland tour dates for summer 2025, marking their first performances together in 16 years.

The pre-sale ballot process opened for a 24-hour window last night, closing at 7pm on Wednesday. Fans were required to answer a quiz question to prove their Oasis knowledge, asking: “Who was the drummer in the initial Oasis line up?” The correct answer is Tony McCarroll, who was with the band until 1995.

However, success in the ballot does not guarantee tickets, which will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

The general ticket sale for UK dates begins at 9am on Saturday, with Irish dates starting at 8am.

Fans can only purchase up to four tickets per household, with Ticketmaster enforcing strict limits to ensure fair access.

The band’s statement addressed the “unprecedented volume of entries” for the pre-sale ballot, highlighting the immense excitement surrounding Oasis’s reunion.

Fans had taken to social media to express concerns about not receiving confirmation emails after signing up.

The high demand reflects the enduring popularity of Oasis, who last performed together in 2009.

The digital queue for tickets will open on Ticketmaster, Gigs and Tours, and See Tickets websites.
