Galway girl Nicola Coughlan was snapped walking the red carpet ahead of a special screening of Bridgerton at the Odeon Luxe in London’s Leicester Square on Wednesday, June 12.
Season three of the Netflix hit follows the dramatic friends to lovers story of Penelope Featherington (Nicola Coughlan) and Colin Bridgerton (Luke Newton).
Going by fan reactions online, the first set of episodes – which were released in May – have proved to be a runaway success, and viewers are now counting down the seconds to the final episodes airing on Thursday, June 13.
Working alongside stylist Aimee Croysdill, Coughlan has proved herself to be quite the fashionista throughout the show’s global tour, with red carpet appearances that can only be described as dazzling.
From custom Erdem in Dublin to colourful Sara Mrad in Toronto, she truly has become the diamond of the season.
For the final event of the series, Coughlan served up a bridal look, wearing a sparkling Rodarte gown complete with a veiled headpiece, velvet opera gloves, and a jaw-dropping ring from Chopard.
The red Artists for Ceasefire pin has been a permanent addition to the actor’s wardrobe, which she previously told RTÉ Lifestyle that she is very passionate about:
“This show is so huge and even if it hadn’t been half as big as the other two previous seasons, it still would have a huge audience. There’s a lot of eyes on me right now and if I can use it to amplify a cause [she will].
