NetBet Sport has launched what it is calling ‘the first AI-powered betting assistant in the industry.’
Bet AI Assistant has been made by NetBet to enhance the user experience and streamline the betting process, offering a number of features related to the betting experience.
Included within the tool is a variety of information for users, such as betting rule checks, match/event information searches and betting odds viewing, among other things. The assistant also helps users to place their bets, while also providing data-driven insights for any given query.
NetBet’s betting assistant uses advanced NLP capabilities to interact with users using natural language and is able to interpret queries to offer responses in real-time.
There are also responsible gaming features included with the assistant. It is able to identify if a user shows signs of distress. When this happens, the assistant can recommend seeking advice or human interaction, also providing a link to the contact page.
Bet AI Assistant is now live in the UK and Ireland, and is set to go live in more markets soon.
NetBet CEO Marcel Prioteasa said: “We are incredibly excited to introduce our Bet AI Assistant to the world.
“This assistant not only simplifies the betting process but also aligns with our commitment to responsible gaming. We believe Bet AI represents the future of betting, combining advanced AI technology with user-centric design.”
Last month, NetBet Casino expanded its gaming offerings for its Danish customers through a partnership with Yggdrasil.
