MORNING Live’s Rav Wilding is dating one of his co-stars, just months after announcing his shock marriage split.
Presenter Rav, 46, revealed in April that he’d secretly separated from TV producer Jill Morgan last year after more than a decade together.
And it looks like he already has a new lady in his life, who he first met as a colleague back in 2020 when his wife was pregnant.
A source told The Sun: “Her name’s Rebecca Mason, she’s a Surrey Police detective who specialises in online romance fraud and scams but she’s been building a TV career on the side by going on shows like Hunted and W’s Red Flags, where she’s a talking head.
“They actually first worked together years ago when he was presenting Ill Gotten Gains and they’ve got the same agent too.
“The whole team at Morning Live know they’re together, especially since Rav and Rebecca went to Michelle Ackerley‘s hen do a month or so ago.
“All of their colleagues are happy for them. The producers and other experts have commented on a few of their Instagram posts saying how they make a great couple.”
An IMDb listing for the BBC documentary series, Ill Gotten Gains, confirms Rebecca appeared as herself in an episode from four years ago.
The now-axed programme, hosted by Rav, followed regional organised crime units as they took down criminals by seizing their assets and selling them at auction.
While Rebecca began her work as a fraud specialist on the This Morning rival this past January, her filmography goes way back.
She has BBC titles like For Love or Money, Moment of Proof and Big Little Crimes under her belt, as well as a hunter role on Channel 4‘s Hunted.
She even got to work with Christine McGuinness, Duncan James and Kimberly Hart-Simpson on the celebrity version, with the show contestants following her on social media.
While the pair haven’t made an official announcement of their reunion, they’ve made no secret of it online.
In a video montage shared by the brunette last month, she was seen sitting on Rav’s lap and hobnobbing with his friends and family.
Other posts show them posing for joint photoshoots and enjoying days out bowling and dog walking.
A representative acting for both Rav and Rebecca has been contacted for comment.
At the time of his divorce announcement, Rav wrote to his followers: “For those asking questions myself and Jill amicably separated last year.
“Our focus is co-parenting our hugely loved and beautiful daughter.”
Jill, who worked as a producer on Top Gear and Children In Need, gave birth to their first child, a daughter, in 2020.
Rav famously dated Big Brother star Chantelle Houghton in 2010, but they split in 2011 following a public row.
He got engaged to Jill after seven months of dating back in 2012 and they tied the knot in May 2017 in Barbados.
Rav recently launched the new Morning Live Crimewatch segment alongside Michelle.
His most recent posts on Instagram show his fitness transformation.
The TV star, who was born in Canterbury, Kent, has had numerous professions over the years, including being a soldier and a police officer.
But his rise to fame began in 2004 when he became the presenter of Crimewatch, resigning from his position as a policeman.
He later appeared in various shows including The One Show, Missing Live, Yorkshire Air Ambulance, Helicopter Heroes, and Crimewatch Roadshow.
In 2008, he won celebrity editions of The Weakest Link and Ready Steady Cook, and also appeared on Celebrity Mastermind.
Rav showcased his moves on Strictly Come Dancing in 2009 with the ballroom pro, Aliona Vilani.
In 2011, he co-presented the remake of Get Your Own Back with Dave Benson Phillips.
The star suffered life changing injuries when he took part in ITV’s now-defunct diving show Splash! in 2013.
He sued the channel following a horror accident which saw him snap hamstring tendons during a somersault dive in training and left him with one leg shorter than the other.
That year, he also suffered a pulmonary embolism (blood clot) on his lung that had a one in three chance of killing him.
Since then, he’s been seen in Big Brother’s Little Brother, Remembrance Week, Hero Squad, 71 Degrees North, and Frontline Police.
Rav served as the presenter of Crimewatch from June 2004 to December 2011 and has been hosting Crimewatch Roadshow since 2009.
He won the role of Crimewatch presenter after initially auditioning for Blue Peter.
In 2017, The Sun revealed that he was training to become an osteopath.
