Molly-Mae Hague shared the techiniques that are helping her through the toughest time of day as she recovers from shock split from Tommy Fury.

The Love Island influencer, 25, announced her and Tommy, 25, had ended their engagement after five years together on August 14, with fans flocking to support Molly during this difficult time.

Although she didn’t explain the reason behind the break-up, there have been various cheating allegations against Tommy although the boxer has denied these rumours, with his representative saying he is ‘horrified’ at the false accusations.

Molly made her grand return to YouTube post-break up last week where she addressed the situation to her 1.93million subscribers.

She spoke about her loneliness, how their daughter Bambi has sensed the shift and that she was not going to go into detail about what happened.

Now, in her latest video, she opened up more about the relationship grieving process and how it has affected her mental health and even physical appearance.

During the 35-minute vlog, she showed followers her evening skincare routine and explained why it was so important to her to take the time out to do it.

‘I feel like I’ve been really trying to get back into my skincare era because, like I said, the evenings during this period of time, I don’t enjoy at all,’ she said.

‘So I feel like it’s nice to do things that keep you preoccupied so that when you get into bed, you are literally just getting into bed to go to sleep.’

She hastened to add that she isn’t ‘avoiding going to bed’ as she understood ‘that’s not healthy’.

She continued: But I think that doing your skincare, constantly having noise on in the background as well, always watching YouTube video [can help]’

Her go-to comfort YouTubers include Sophia and Cinzia, Rachel Leary, Anastasia Kingsnorth and Zoe Rae.

She then opened up about one alarming thing she has ‘noticed’ in the ‘last week or so’

‘I feel like you can see even now, out of nowhere [whether stress-related or iron deficiency], I have got really dark circles around my eyes.’

Molly then pointed to her eyes, adding: ‘Literally there you can almost see, a darkness begins, literally almost like a shadow, almost like a bit of a bruise.

‘I have never ever suffered from dark eyes before… even if I’m really tired I don’t get dark rings around my eyes and out of nowhere these brown hollow pits of sadness are appearing around my eye.

‘And I’m like “hang on a minute, am I aging? Has the stress of the last month caused me to age?”

‘If it has, we’re gonna have a problem on our hands.’

At another point in the vlog she went wedding dress shopping for a themed wedding (Picture: YouTube/ Molly-Mae Hague)

Elsewhere in the video, she went to a wedding dress to try on dresses ahead of a white-themed friend’s wedding in Cannes which also stirred up rough feelings.

‘Bit weird going to a wedding dress shop during this era of my life but got to do what I’ve got to do,’ she noted.

As Molly adjusts to her new life, she has also been keeping a secret project under wraps that she recently described as a ‘welcome distraction’.

‘I’ve been non-stop working on it, near enough every single day,’ she said. ‘My heart and soul has gone into this project.’

Although it is unclear exactly what the project is, set to go live later this month, internet sleuths have found a company under the same address as Molly’s fake tan brand Filter, called Maebe Ltd.
