Molly-Mae Hague has defended her decision to book a Ryanair flight for her sister Zoe’s hen do in Ibiza.

The Love Island UK star, 24, threw an all-expenses paid bash for her sibling, flying herself and her gals pals to the resort island.

However her fans were not happy when she revealed she had purchased her sibling a ticket on the low-cost airline Ryanair, after using a private jet in March to take her best friend on a four-day ski trip in France to celebrate her birthday.

But Molly-Mae refused to take the criticism lying down as she uploaded a video to her YouTube channel addresseing the backlash.

The influencer said she ‘can’t win’ no matter what she does and joked she will ‘swim, bike and run’ to her next location to keep her critics happy.

In the video, she said: ‘People talking about how they thought it was crazy that I booked my sister a Ryanair flight to take her on her hen do.

‘They’re like ‘I can’t believe Molly booked a Ryanair flight for her and her sister’s friends when a few weeks before she got her friend a jet.’

Molly-Mae admitted the negative reaction she received would make her think twice about broadcasting a trip like that again.

She said: ‘The amount of stick and the amount of intense comments I got from doing that treat for Taylor’s birthday and getting the jet, made me think I probably won’t ever do that ever again.

‘It takes away that specialness of that experience because the reaction is just, so not worth it.’

She added: ‘Because if I fly commercial, well, it was actually making me feel like I was the worst sister in the entire world. Then, if I fly private, it is genuinely not worth it because it’s all I hear about for that next few weeks.

‘What I’ll do is I will do a triathalon. You will see me swimming, biking and running to my next lecation.’

She finished by saying: ‘There’s so much going on in the world right now? A, why do people even care? and B, you can’t win, you can’t actually win. No matter what I do people are going to comment about it.’

After seeing Molly-Mae booked a Ryanair flight for her sister’s hen, her followers quickly took to the comments section to ask why she was cutting costs with her own sister.

‘Your friend gets a private jet for her birthday but your sister doesn’t for her hen’s party? I’d be raging,’ one furious fan sniped.

‘Makes me giggle that her mate got a private jet but it’s Ryanair for her sister,’ another person added.

While Hague has not publicly commented on the matter, she has been heavily criticised in the past for not considering her ‘carbon footprint’ when booking private jets.

The Outspoken: The Podcast hosts Amy, Kate and Sophie Taeuber speculated Hague may have booked the budget flight for her sister so as to not be accused of ‘flaunting her wealth’.

Molly-Mae took to her Instagram to share a slew of snaps and videos of the holiday, including a boozy day at the infamous O Beach and a luxury boat trip on a swanky yacht.

In March, the star also jetted 12 friends off on a private jet for a luxury getaway to mark her bestie Tayla Blue’s 30th birthday in France.

She showed off the lavish trip on her YouTube vlog and revealed the personalised details of the trip and showed off their lavish private chalet.

The former reality star surprised Tayla just a week before they flew out to the French Alps with an envelope saying the pair were going skiing.

The influencer had organised for Tayla’s husband, their baby, her sister and other friends to come along on the trip.

Molly-Mae’s fiancé Tommy Fury, their baby daughter Bambi, 14 months, and Molly’s sister Zoe Hague also joined the celebrations.

Tayla was seen walking onto the private jet with Hague before all their friends yelled surprise from inside the plane cabin.
