Miriam charges a staggering $170 (£135) plus for each video which can be either a birthday message, pep talk, a roast, advice or a question answered. Her average video length is two minutes long.

While discussing her money making side job, Miriam, who is known for her potty-mouth, instantly dropped a swear word during the lunchtime show.

She is famously very outspoken and has let slip many swear words and X-rated comments during her TV appearances over the years.

She said: ‘Since Covid I have made £365,000 through cameos and personalised videos.

‘One day I will need carers. I want to be comfortable and I want them to be properly paid for.

‘It is really because I want to make money though and they pay me to do it.’

Jokingly, Kaye asked: ‘Is there anything you wouldn’t do for money?’

She replied: ‘I wouldn’t ‘eat s***’. Am I allowed to say that?

‘No’, replied Kaye.

‘Oh ok I wouldn’t eat faeces’, she added.

Miriam’s bio description reads: ‘Miriam Margolyes is a true legend whose personalized videos are the perfect mix of hilarious and heartwarming.

‘Her fans love how she unleashes her signature potty-mouthed charm, whether she’s roasting their loved ones or sending birthday wishes.

‘Miriam’s videos often include references to her most famous roles, Harry Potter and The Real Marigold Hotel, and she’s always happy to deliver a Cameo for hardcore fans. If you’re looking for a uniquely Miriam message that will have you laughing until you cry, this is the Cameo for you!’

Miriam is well known, and much-loved, as Britain’s naughtiest national treasure and has left fans in stitches for years with her swearing-laden stories and jokes, often at her own expense.

And her potty-mouth and hilarious personality seems to be going down a hit on Cameo as the actress has received 1270 five star reviews with fans gushing her videos are ‘marvellous’ and ‘moved them to tears’.

‘What a great video message from Miriam. She expressed everything I mentioned with her own unique touch as only Miriam can. We loved it.’

‘Oh that was just marvellous. Thank you so much. What a lovely message with a fab little “bugger ‘em” thrown in for good measure! I’m sure she’s going to love it!!! Xxxx’

‘My sister was moved to tears with Miriam’s heartfelt message. It was a complete surprise and really made her 50th birthday celebrations that little bit more special. Thank you Miriam, we hope you’re feeling a lot better and enjoying life.’

‘Miriam Margolyes did not disappoint. But she’s frickin’ Miriam Margolyes, how could she disappoint? Six out of 5 stars.’

The star is known for openly expressing her feelings and over the years she has given her verdict on a number of A-lister celebrities including Lily Allen and Leonardo DiCaprio.

Earlier this year, Miriam was asked which celebrities she dislikes and revealed she had a less than favourable experience with singer Lily Allen when the two appeared together on The Graham Norton Show back in 2014.

In a 2014 episode of BBC‘s The Graham Norton Show, Miriam, 83, was a guest alongside Dominic Cooper and Lily Allen, 39.

Yet Miriam clashed with Lily, with the actress explaining:  ‘She thought when she was on the programme that it was all about her.’

Miriam continued: ‘She thought: “Who is this woman? Miriam who?” She wasn’t friendly and I didn’t like that and so I showed my dislike, which wasn’t very nice of me because she was much younger than me and I should have just taught her how to behave.’

In 2022, Miriam branded Hollywood heartthrob Leonardo DiCaprio ‘smelly’ during a live appearance on This Morning.

The star discussed working alongside Leonardo in the 1996 Baz Luhrmann adaptation of Romeo and Juliet.

Miriam shocked the hosts when she announced: ‘He was a bit smelly because it was very hot in Mexico and young boys don’t make themselves fragrant, they don’t wash all the bits!’

She went on to note that she’d advised one of the This Morning production team to look into their personal hygiene, leaving Holly and Phil hiding behind their hands.

Miriam has not held back on the Rolling Stones front man either, calling him a ‘miserable c**t’.

She took exception to him after they met backstage and said that she didn’t like his music either.

Around 20 years ago she appeared on stage with his then girlfriend Sophie Dahl in The Vagina Monologues.

Mick would pop in to watch some of the shows.

Miriam said: ‘He used to come backstage and he was just a miserable c**t. He was unfriendly, and I don’t think he treated her very well. He was much older than her and I thought he was up himself. I never listen to that kind of music anyway. I’m a musical snob, so I wasn’t impressed by him’.
