Miranda Hart took her husband Richard Fairs to the Strictly Come Dancing studios on Saturday night.
The beloved comedian, 51, revealed last month how she had tied the knot with a man she met during the pandemic.
Miranda stunned fans when she announced that she had got married over the summer – after she began dating a mystery man who removed mould from her house in 2020.
He was later revealed as divorcee Richard – after he was pictured picking her up from the Cheltenham Literature Festival last month – 24 hours after she divulged his first name on The Graham Norton Show.
And after Saturday’s Strictly live show, the newlyweds were spotted leaving Elstree Studios together in a rare joint appearance, with Richard driving his new wife home. Â
Miranda has stepped out to support her former co-star Sarah, who played Stevie in her eponymous sitcom, on multiple occasions as she competes in the BBC dancing show.

Miranda remained tight-lipped about her husband’s identity before it was revealed, referring to him only as ‘The Boy’ or ‘The Mould Man’ in her new book, I Haven’t Been Completely Honest With You.
But she revealed that they got engaged in January during a trip to Kew Gardens in west London after revealing they had ‘fallen hopelessly in love with each other’.
She hinted slightly at his appearance, describing her new husband as a ‘salt-and-pepper greying hair look on a fine-featured man’.
A grey-haired man was spotted leaving Miranda’s west London home after the announcement.
Miranda was also snapped during a bike ride with a male friend in Hammersmith, near where the BBC star lives, last October.
Showing off her ring on The One Show last Tuesday, Miranda recalled the engagement, telling viewers: ‘We stood still on the bridge overlooking the lake when the silence was pierced as he rather seriously said, ‘Miranda.’Â
‘I turned around, and as I did, he got down on one knee. ‘Miranda…’
‘I don’t remember anything else because I simply burst out crying, apparently saying yes before he had finished the sentence (awkward if he’d been tying a shoelace…).

‘I didn’t think a traditional proposal would affect me so.
‘But there was someone knowing all my ridiculousness and brokenness and still willing to bend down, look up and commit to loving me and standing by me for the rest of his life.’
Miranda recently told fans she fell in love with Richard ‘almost immediately’ on their first date – a pizza supper at the height of the pandemic.
She said the pair were sitting in her living room talking for two hours while they waited for their pizza delivery.
She added: ‘Unfortunately mine had shunted its way across the box and turned into a calzone. I was going on and on about my shunted pizza and it did not seem to faze him.
‘We had already been talking for about two hours at that point, and I realised almost immediately that I was in love with him. It was our first date and to my surprise he came back for a second date, despite me having gone on and on about that pizza.’Â

Miranda and Richard’s nuptials are believed to have taken place at 4pm on July 6 at a 1,000-year-old church in the picturesque Hampshire village of Hambledon, attended only by a handful of family and close friends, all of whom were sworn to secrecy.
Miranda made every effort to hide her marriage plans – refusing to post her wedding bands, as is traditional for a church wedding – and is understood to have specifically requested that guests refrain from sharing details on social media.
Richard, who plays the drums in his local swing band, was previously married to schoolteacher Jeanne Speight. The couple, who have a son Jack and daughter Shula, split in around 2017 after more than 25 years of marriage.
More recently he is understood to have lived with an Indian homeopathic therapist called Dr Anjali Hariharan.
