Maura Higgins said her final goodbyes on Thursday before heading to Australia, where she will take part in this year’s I’m A Celebrity.
The show will launch on Sunday 17th, with the former Love Island star, 33, expected to make a later arrival in camp alongside Rev Richard Coles, 62.
Maura, who enjoyed a date with Pete Wicks earlier this week, appeared in high spirits as she was seen out in London ahead of the long-haul flight and had stocked up on vapes before her trip.
The television personality emerged from her manager’s office clutching three packets of vapes.
Maura will be able to bring the vapes on the flight, but they must be fully turned off and packed in carry-on luggage, not checked baggage as they pose a fire risk. No airlines allow vaping on a flight.

With Tommy out of the running, it was said to have paved the way for Maura’s appearance on the show as it meant that there wouldn’t be two stars from the 2019 series of the famous dating show in the jungle.

Pete and Maura were first linked back in August, and last month confirmed their relationship with a PDA-filled display in London.
