The future of United’s forward Mason Greenwood remains a topic of intense speculation.
The 22-year-old spent the 2023-24 season on loan with Getafe in La Liga, where he plundered 10 goals and provided six assists in 36 appearances, winning the clubs Player of the Season as a consequence.
It is widely expected that the forward’s future lies away from Old Trafford and although Getafe have been expressed an interest in retaining his services, another club that has been recently linked with him is Champions League finalists Borussia Dortmund.
However, the Bundasliga club’s sporting director wasn’t giving too much away on the matter ahead of BVB’s huge Wembley final against Real Madrid on Saturday.
Speaking at the Champions League final media day, Sebastian Kehl said: “I don’t want to talk about any rumours now at the moment because it makes no sense. Let’s play that final on Saturday”
