Liverpool are yet to add to their senior squad during the summer transfer window, which officially opened on June 14.
The Reds have been linked with various players, the latest of which being Anthony Gordon, though are yet to thrash out a deal for anyone despite other clubs adding to their respective ranks.
New sporting director Richard Hughes recently spoke of the need to be “opportunistic” during the coming weeks as the club prepares to make moves for their internal list of targets.
It remains to be seen exactly who ends up at Anfield before the end of next month as Arne Slot awaits improvements to his group. In the meantime, we have rounded up some of the latest transfer rumours.

Anthony Gordon competition
Manchester City have reportedly entered the race to sign Gordon this summer, which comes after the Reds were recently offered the chance to recruit the England international.
Liverpool did not proceed with a deal due to Newcastle’s request for Jarell Quansah to head in the opposite direction, which ultimately proved to be a sticking point.
The ECHO understands the Reds are admirers of the winger despite this not going ahead, though they could now face increased competition should they decide to take their appreciation for the player to the next stage.
Football Insider has stated City are also in for Gordon as Pep Guardiola seeks a forward who can provide his team a “cutting edge” in the final third. The possible exits of Bernardo Silva and Jack Grealish could also play a part in the Sky Blues targeting the Everton Academy graduate.

Gleison Bremer enquiry
Liverpool are believed to be chasing Juventus centre-back, Gleison Bremer.
The Brazilian has caught the eye of several European clubs since starring in Serie A, first for Torino in 2018 and later Juventus. Manchester United are among those eyeing a deal for the 27-year-old, who is under contract until 2028.
A latest report from Italy has indicated his current employers will only take into consideration offers of at least €70million (£59m) ahead of the player’s release clause of between €60m and €70m kicking in during the new season.
Chelsea and United are named as two clubs that have been “active for many months” regarding Bremer, though it is suggested “there has been interest” from Liverpool and Bayern Munich of late.
Issuing a recent update on his future, Bremer said: “I am very focused on the Copa America and I leave the matter to my agents. Of course, I have read some things and I am happy to know which clubs with so much history could follow me, but the truth is that I will speak to them after the Copa America.”
