MARRIED At First Sight bride Hannah Norburn has cheated on her husband Stephen Nolson – with another groom.
The 33-year-old had a secret affair with Orson Nurse, 41, behind his wife Richelle’s back – and the shock scenes will play out on screen.
Last week The Sun told how furious Richelle had let slip how something had happened – after she cruelly trolled by viewers for her behaviour towards Orson.
She accused Orson of trying to recouple with another bride, telling fans: “People will see the truth. It’s a waiting game.”
The bombshell is set to be revealed in an upcoming commitment ceremony and will leave the cast blindsided.
The news was teased at the end of last night’s episode – where it was revealed that Hannah tried to get Orson to hold her hands.
Polly tells a few of the others she had overheard her asking Orson to look close to her ‘to make Stephen jealous’.
And it seems it is the start of something between the pair.
A TV source told MailOnline: “Hannah and Orson’s betrayal is revealed during one of the commitment ceremonies after Sascha blurted out the truth behind their closeness.
“Their affair rocks the cast who have all been trying to navigate their marriages with advice from the relationship experts and the last thing you expect is for two couples to break their vows.
“It causes uproar and confusion, especially for Richelle, who hoped she could progress in her romance with Orson.
“As for Stephen, he sees Hannah cheating as an excuse to pursue another bride and he ups the ante with Sionainn despite the fact she’s married to Ryan.”
Last week Richelle insinuated that scenes had been ‘edited out’ and that viewers were not getting the full story.
She was asked by a fan on social media: “Is there something we aren’t seeing between Richelle and Orson?”
Richelle replied in the comments section: “Yes there’s a lot you’re not seeing behind tonight and previous edit that I will address to comments on this post…tomorrow!”
Meanwhile, new couple Stephen and Hannah had struggled to see eye to eye from the start and he even tried to quit the process.
MAFS declined to comment.
Mafs couples that have stood the test of time
Loved-up Tayah Victoria and Adam Aveling of series six fame had the first Mafs baby.
The pair couldn’t keep their hands off each other on the programme and quickly found their feet in the outside world, moving into Adam’s Doncaster home.
Just 18 months after meeting, the couple welcomed their daughter Beau.
Season five couple Michelle Walder and Owen Jenkins also managed to make their marriage work away from the cameras and had their first child in December.
Teacher Michelle, 29, has no regrets about taking part in the experiment. She told us: “I just feel very lucky and thankful that it has worked out – and excited for everything to come.”
Michelle and Owen were both sick of dating apps when they applied in 2019.
Owen recalled: “I had been out for some drinks with a friend after work.
“While he was out for a cigarette I was scrolling on Instagram waiting for him to come back in.
“The MAFS advert was the last thing I saw, and I joked, ‘Wouldn’t it be funny if I signed up?’
“A few beers later when I was back at home I sent in the application, and the rest is history.”
Another couple to make Mafs UK history is Zoe Clifton and Jenna Robinson.
Despite a slight rocky start, where they clashed over Jenna’s vegan lifestyle, the show’s first same sex pairing are still going strong.
They even have a successful podcast together called Life With a Pod.
Jenna shed light on being involved in the show earlier this year when she told us: “We’re not legally married, and I never felt like we were. I definitely feel the process makes you take the relationship a lot more seriously and having the help of the experts… if you can survive that process it sets a firm foundation for a long-lasting relationship.”
