Molly has announced her Summer Sweat Challenge on her fitness plan, Move with Molly, to help get everyone ready for summer and feel their best.

This six-week challenge offers comprehensive workout plans which are suitable for both home and gym environments.

Molly will lead the workouts herself, helped by her expert trainers Keely and Katy, with participants having the exclusive opportunity to join live workout and Q&A sessions with the reality star.

During the workouts, she will provide live demonstrations, motivation, and guidance, ensuring that everyone stays on track and engaged.

And fans will get the chance to ask Molly questions in the Q&A’s to get to know her and other participants and receive personalised advice.

These interactive sessions are designed to motivate, guide, and provide a sense of community and support throughout the challenge.

Amid her new venture, Molly has also made big strides in her love life as she revealed she and boyfriend Tom Clare were moving in together.

The couple met on Love Island: All Stars earlier this year, going on the win the series and have wasted no time in taking their relationship to the next level.

Speaking to Olivia Attwood on her So Wrong it’s Right podcast in April, Molly disclosed that Tom, 24, was moving into her home in Manchester.

Tom had been living in London, with his best pal and fellow Love Islander Casey O’Gorman, but been flitting between his home and Molly’s.

Molly explained: ‘He lives in Battersea but he’s moving out. So poor Casey’s probably thinking, “Oh great. I’m stealing him”. But he’s moving in with me in Manchester.

‘So I know people probably think like, “Oh it’s quite quick”, but we’ve practically lived together from the day we met, and he’s practically living at mine now. Slowly but surely there’s been drawers getting filled up.

Olivia said: ‘So he’s been moving himself in unofficially?’ causing Molly to joke: ‘Yeah, he’s had his little plan all along.’

The model previously lived with ex-boyfriend Callum Jones in their four-bedroom house with their two dogs, before splitting last year in September.
