Love Island star Sean Stone’s fitness transformation pre-villa after break-up

Must read

Before making his way into the Love Island villa in a quest to find the one, Sean Stone underwent a fitness transformation. The 24-year-old salesman from Hertford revealed that he focused on himself and went on a ‘personal development’ after ‘losing’ himself in relationships.

The cheeky chappy delighted viewers when he rocked up to the villa on day one and they’ve been routing for him to find love ever since. While he’s yet to find a “soul mate”, Sean has openly spoken about loving himself after he focused on his fitness.

Sean revealed that he went on a “bit of a personal development” with his fitness and said he “really focused” on himself before making his grand entrance onto Love Island. He also said that the show came at a time when he was “prepared to love someone else.”

Opening up about his personal development, he explained: “I feel like I lost myself as you do in relationships. Sometimes, you know, you don’t take care of yourself, you don’t go to the gym, you don’t eat well, you don’t dress well. And I’ve just started getting that back into my routine, being very disciplined, I’m feeling as best as I ever could heading into the villa and I’m just so, so excited.”

When asked about his relationship history he shared: “I’ve only ever had one long-term, four-year relationship, about 7 to 8 months ago now. So that was my past relationship. It was sort of a first love, two years was solid and then the last two there was, like, long breaks so it was very disjointed, but we both went on separate paths on mutual ways.

“Now, I’m feeling better looking and feeling myself again. So, I’m very excited for what’s to come.”

Confident in his own skin after finding that self-love, Sean felt more than ready to enter the villa this year as he said: “I loved myself as well, I felt great, full of confidence and I thought my lifestyle at the minute is very simple – I love what I do, don’t get me wrong, I love my life when you change it for the world – but this came at the right time.

He continued: “I think this is a one in a lifetime opportunity, and I want to grab it with both hands. And I think things happen for a reason in life and I think this is my sign to, a new prospect of a soul mate would be amazing.”
